If you are taking cabbage soup diet, you have to eat cabbage soup for seven consecutive days. Grape diet includes drinking of only grape juice and water.

For any kind of weight loss program, there are no replacements to exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things that help in reducing the weight. The cardio exercise is the most essential form of exercise in any weight loss program. Cardio exercises helps to increase heart rate. Another form of exercise that reduces weight is walking. It burns stored fat and calories. Another effective way to lose weight is aerobics or light jogging. Running also helps to burn unwanted calories.

With a balanced diet and proper exercises, you can shed off your extra kilos and thus attain a perfect figure.
