Tips for perfect skin

Unless you are one of the lucky few people with perfect skin, you probably know the trouble pimples and acne can cause. You might feel that it is just something that you have to grow out of and that it is something unavoidable when you are a teenager, but when the pimples persist in your twenties, they can become more than just a nuisance and can cause serious discomfort both physically and psychologically.

Recently I have been able to cure my skin from the curse that acne/pimples are, and I would like to share my experience. Some points might be applicable for females only, but others are universal.

So here are my steps for great skin:

1. If you are using any birth control, it might be a good idea to consult your doctor for something that helps against acne. I have been using Depo injections for 3 years and they were what spoiled my skin in the first place. I have changed to the pill since then and my skin has improved a lot by this change alone. But even between the pills, some are better than ohers. I have found Cliest to be the best fit for me.

2. Use a three step skin care routine, which I includes cleaning, toning and moisturising. Product choice is not crucial here, as long as you keep your skin clean and moisturised.

3. Now one of the most efficient treatments for acne/pimples for me was pure witchazel gel. I apply it to my face in mornings and evenings after the 3 step skin care routine and it’s astringent and antibacterial properties really help heal my skin, calm down any upcoming pimples and clear old acne scars.

4. The last step that is really very important and efficient is applying pure aloe vera gel after the witchazel. Aloe is brilliant helping you get perfect skin, but sometimes is creates a flaky skin when it dries up, so I only apply it in the evenings.

Having followed these easy steps I have seen dramatic improvements in the quality of my skin and I even got complimented on it, which I never could have expected before! So I hope that these tips help you too.
